No previous NLP training is required. Keep practice focused on ordinary professional communication and invented scenarios. Do not use the material to diagnose, manipulate or treat another person; specialist psychological claims require appropriate independent evaluation.

Course Overview
The source sequence begins with an introduction and assumptions, then explores levels of change, rapport and ways of interpreting experience. Later lessons discuss questioning models, goals, language patterns, timelines, reframing, modelling and a creativity approach. Every one of the 16 original recordings remains available. Study the models as ideas to examine and compare, rather than adopting a claim because it has a technical-sounding name. Ordinary listening and clarification can be practised separately from assertions about how thoughts or behaviour change. This is an introductory management course, not a clinical qualification or a promise of therapeutic outcomes.
How to study the course
- Start with the terminology and identify which parts are observations, models or assumptions. Write questions that would help you evaluate each claim.
- Use the questioning and perspective lessons with a fictional conversation. Focus on clarifying meaning rather than trying to infer private thoughts.
- Review goals, reframing and creativity as structured reflection exercises. Check factual claims against independent evidence before applying them more broadly.
Use the searchable classroom lesson list to revisit a specific explanation. Pause after a useful demonstration, reproduce a small example and explain the result in your own words. Keep a short note of what worked, what changed and what you still need to understand before moving on.
Who is this for?
The course is suitable for learners who want an introductory overview of NLP as presented in management training. It is useful for comparing the terminology with more familiar communication and reflection practices.
Before you start
No previous NLP training is required. Keep practice focused on ordinary professional communication and invented scenarios. Do not use the material to diagnose, manipulate or treat another person; specialist psychological claims require appropriate independent evaluation.
Put the lessons into practice
Write a fictional workplace request that contains an ambiguous phrase, such as asking for a better report. Prepare several questions that clarify the purpose, audience and expected result. Rewrite the request from two different viewpoints and note what information changes your interpretation. Use one goal-setting or creativity model from the course to organise the discussion, then explain its limits. Finish with a short comparison between a directly observable communication improvement and a claim that would need stronger evidence.
This optional activity is provided by WikiFree for independent practice. It is not a graded assignment from the instructor. Keep your working notes, check the result against the task you defined and return to the relevant lesson when an assumption or technique is unclear.
Certificate / Assessment
Watching the public videos and using WikiFree progress tracking does not award a certificate, exam voucher, academic credit or instructor assessment.
Use your practice output to review what you can now explain and repeat independently. Completion tracking records your study progress; it does not replace an assessed qualification or professional experience.
