Course Overview

The publisher’s curriculum contains one substantial tutorial for each application. OneNote supports the note-taking part of a workflow, Forms addresses structured information collection and Planner introduces task coordination. Study the sessions around a common scenario so that information has a clear destination and purpose. The recordings use older interfaces, and Microsoft 365 features or permissions can vary between account types. The course is free to watch and does not provide a Microsoft subscription or a guarantee that every demonstrated feature is available in your environment.

How to study the course

  • Study each application as a complete session and identify the role it plays in a practical workflow. Avoid collecting fields that have no useful purpose.
  • Use a small fictional scenario to connect the tools, then review whether another person could understand the notes, form and tasks without a separate explanation.

Use the searchable classroom lesson list to revisit a specific explanation. Pause after a useful demonstration, reproduce a small example and explain the result in your own words. Keep a short note of what worked, what changed and what you still need to understand before moving on.

Who is this for?

This course suits students, administrative professionals and small teams using Microsoft office tools. It is useful for learners who want to connect personal notes with structured information and team tasks.

Before you start

Basic computer knowledge is sufficient to begin. Practice needs suitable application access and permissions. Microsoft 365 subscriptions, premium features and separate provider resources are not included with free viewing.

Put the lessons into practice

Plan a fictional workshop using a notebook of preparation details, a form containing invented feedback and a small set of follow-up tasks. Define what information belongs in each tool and keep names and dates consistent. Check that a task has a clear next action and that a form question serves a useful purpose. Use an available practice environment or write the plan as an exercise. Review one point where information could be duplicated or misunderstood and revise the workflow to make it easier to follow.

This optional activity is provided by WikiFree for independent practice. It is not a graded assignment from the instructor. Keep your working notes, check the result against the task you defined and return to the relevant lesson when an assumption or technique is unclear.

Certificate / Assessment

Watching the public videos and using WikiFree progress tracking does not award a certificate, exam voucher, academic credit or instructor assessment.

Use your practice output to review what you can now explain and repeat independently. Completion tracking records your study progress; it does not replace an assessed qualification or professional experience.
