Course Overview
The course connects four common workplace tasks: organising spreadsheet data, creating presentations, writing documents and collecting information through forms. The source includes paired beginner and advanced classes for Sheets, Slides, Docs and Forms, followed by an additional Docs compilation. It focuses on these applications rather than claiming to teach every Google Workspace product or administrative feature. Work through a pair of classes before switching to another application, and consider how the information should move between your documents. The recorded interfaces reflect their teaching dates; current sharing controls or features may differ.
How to study the course
- Study each application’s beginner and advanced classes as a pair. Keep the additional Docs full-course video available for extended review.
- Use one small office scenario across the applications. A shared purpose makes it easier to see how a spreadsheet, document, deck and form support each other.
Use the searchable classroom lesson list to revisit a specific explanation. Pause after a useful demonstration, reproduce a small example and explain the result in your own words. Keep a short note of what worked, what changed and what you still need to understand before moving on.
Who is this for?
This course suits students, administrative professionals and teams using Google’s office applications. It is useful for learners who want a connected introduction to the tools covered rather than a collection of isolated shortcuts.
Before you start
Basic browser and computer skills are sufficient to begin. Practice needs access to the relevant Google applications. Features or organisational permissions can vary; free video viewing does not provide a paid Workspace plan.
Put the lessons into practice
Plan a fictional internal workshop. Use a Sheet to organise attendance and costs, a Doc to describe the agenda, a short slide deck to explain the purpose and a Form to collect invented feedback. Keep the same names and dates consistent across the materials. Review whether each file serves a clear purpose and whether another person could use it. Consider the audience before choosing a sharing setting, and use sample information while you learn. Revisit the relevant class to improve one weak part of the set.
This optional activity is provided by WikiFree for independent practice. It is not a graded assignment from the instructor. Keep your working notes, check the result against the task you defined and return to the relevant lesson when an assumption or technique is unclear.
Certificate / Assessment
Watching the public videos and using WikiFree progress tracking does not award a certificate, exam voucher, academic credit or instructor assessment.
Use your practice output to review what you can now explain and repeat independently. Completion tracking records your study progress; it does not replace an assessed qualification or professional experience.
