Free Project Closure and Lessons Learned Learning Path
The handover archive

GOAL
Assemble a closure pack that separates accepted outputs, residual work, operational ownership and evidence-based lessons for the next project.

START
Read workbook.html, inspect case-data.csv, complete the five stage outputs, then the capstone. Use evidence-log.csv to record only actions actually performed.

CASE
Willow Club has delivered a workshop-booking page. The form and export passed acceptance, but a help article is unfinished and an automated reminder was explicitly deferred. Operations starts Monday. A closure meeting must avoid presenting deferred scope as a defect or leaving unfinished agreed work without an owner.

TOOLS
Basic project experience or willingness to use a fictional example. No project-management software is needed.

LOCAL COMMANDS / OPENING
Open workbook.html in a browser; complete the case-specific worksheets in your preferred free editor or on paper.

ASSESSMENT
Score at least 80/100, supply every required artifact, and satisfy the path-specific critical condition. Rework missing evidence before marking complete.
Critical condition: No unresolved baseline item disappears from the closure record and no future benefit is claimed as already realized.
