Free Program Benefits Realization Learning Path
The benefit chain

GOAL
Create a benefits map and measurement register that separate outputs, adoption, outcomes and longer-term benefits for a small program.

START
Read workbook.html, inspect case-data.csv, complete the five stage outputs, then the capstone. Use evidence-log.csv to record only actions actually performed.

CASE
The fictional Birch Library launches online room booking, staff training and reminder messages as one improvement program. The sponsor wants fewer unfulfilled bookings. A baseline month contains 200 bookings and 40 no-shows. A later sample month has 240 bookings and 36 no-shows. Other conditions may have changed, so the numbers do not by themselves prove causation.

TOOLS
Familiarity with basic project planning. Use supplied synthetic figures; no organizational reporting access is required.

LOCAL COMMANDS / OPENING
Open workbook.html in a browser; complete the case-specific worksheets in your preferred free editor or on paper.

ASSESSMENT
Score at least 80/100, supply every required artifact, and satisfy the path-specific critical condition. Rework missing evidence before marking complete.
Critical condition: Outputs are not reported as realized benefits, and before-and-after comparisons are not presented as causal proof.
